The location of the hotel is excellent with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and offer a coffee table and chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bathroom and toilet area is comfortable.

The rooms need upgrading as they are worn out and falling apart in many places. There are limited options for dining, and food portions are small compared to the price.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Izu, loved it. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot👌

Spending Easter at this mountain resort surrounded by nature was a fantastic experience. the staff was friendly and the shuttle bus made it easy to explore the local area. This hotel exceeded my expectations by providing exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was impressive with a sauna, hot spring bath and pool. the garden area was breathtaking, and the Spa lounge provided exceptional service. the room was spacious, with a breathtaking view and private facilities, and the breakfast served in, room was delicious. the bar/lounge area was relaxing and well, provided, offering high, quality drinks. the hotel is an excellent location for those who seek nature and tranquility, surrounded by trees and animals.
